Looking for your next challenge and feeling determined to discover your fittest self? Good, because you’re about to! Cass Olholm’s brand-new Elite Conditioning program is available now in the Sweat app.

This new program is all about lifting heavy, dialling up the intensity of your workouts and unleashing the potential you know is within. You know that fire you feel within you when you smash a workout? Cass is about to fan those flames big time.

Who is Cass’ Elite Conditioning for?

Designed for intermediate and advanced fitness levels, this full-body strength program is perfect for anyone who loves lifting heavier weights and pushing themselves as they look to level up their strength training

Whether you’ve already been following one of Cass’ programs such as High Intensity Strength and love her training style, or have been building your strength and are ready to take the next step in your fitness journey, Elite Conditioning will challenge you to elevate your strength to a whole new level.

Because it’s a follow-along style program, Elite Conditioning is great if you enjoy the feeling of working out right alongside your trainer and want live demos as you move!

What's included in Elite Conditioning?

Cass’ new four-week program is made up of 20 different workouts in total, alternating between five different formats - upper-body strength and Metcon (metabolic conditioning), lower-body strength and Metcon, full-body Tabata, full body HIIT and a HIIT pyramid session.

In Elite Conditioning, each full-body Tabata session will take you 40 minutes, the upper and lower-body strength sessions and full-body HIIT workouts go for 35 minutes and the HIIT pyramids are 20 minutes.

This training style includes a challenging combination of heavy lifting, a variety of functional movements and a mixture of intensities to keep your body challenged and your mind engaged. Get ready for moves like squats, deadlifts, shoulder press, bent-over rows, bicep curls and glute bridges, with all the core and cardio you need, too!

These Elite workouts are designed to make you work hard, boost your energy, and leave you feeling strong and accomplished.

What equipment will you need?

While some of Cass’ other programs were designed with the gym (or a great home set-up!) in mind, Elite Conditioning requires minimal equipment, making it easy to workout wherever you are. All you need to get started is a set of dumbbells!

Cass is ready to show you you don’t need a whole lot of equipment to train like an Elite athlete.

What will you achieve?

By using a set of dumbbells and performing key foundational strength exercises that target multiple muscle groups, Elite Conditioning can help to improve your full-body strength, while also boosting your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and coordination.

Are you ready to feel Elite?

If you’ve been looking for your next challenge and want to test your limits, Cass can’t wait for you to train alongside her in this new program. High-intensity functional strength training has never felt so good.
