My name is Sjana Elise Earp, but you can call me SJ. I’m a 22-year old yoga-doing, adventure-seeking, sunshine-loving, hug-giving Aussie girl.
I believe that ALL women deserve to feel empowered and confident in their skin. Through my own experience, I have learned that yoga is an invaluable tool for the enrichment of the lives of women of all ages.
Initially, yoga helped me through some of the hardest moments in my life. And nowadays yoga continues to help me to feel stronger, healthier and happier each and every day. My mission and purpose is to assist others in finding that same enlightenment and to help them discover the countless benefits that yoga can provide in life.
For me, good health is all about balance. To achieve this balance, my programs focus on a holistic approach to wellbeing. Let me step you through the sequences, or you can set your own pace. Yoga has the potential to be so much more than just a workout. Together, we’ll work on transforming your body and your mind, strengthening your spirit and making your life even more amazing!
