I’m Sara, a certified Pilates instructor, with a Diploma of Pilates Instruction, a Diploma of Dance & Performing Arts, and a qualification as a Master Instructor in Pilates. I live in Melbourne, Australia, and I’ve been teaching Pilates since 2004.

Pilates with Sara blends traditional and contemporary Pilates with movements that are based around dynamic strength and mobility. Suitable for any fitness level, my program includes endurance-based strength and conditioning workouts, plus high-intensity interval Pilates.
Together we will focus on building your core strength and your connection between your mind and your movement, which will enhance your workouts.
