I’m Chontel Duncan, a wife and mum to two beautiful boys. I’m also a personal trainer, gym owner, Muay Thai enthusiast and overall fitness lover.
Over my years of training, I realised that the best motivation for me is to regularly change up my fitness routine with a variety of styles. I always stick to some form of high-intensity training (HIIT) — I love Muay Thai, a form of martial arts, as well as combining strength with HIIT to achieve my goals. I have found that regularly mixing up my workout style while maintaining a regular workout schedule works best for me.
My biggest passion is helping people to improve both their state of mind and health through fitness. I firmly believe that we are all capable of reaching our goals with the right support network, consistency and dedicated approach — and I want to help you get there.
