What to expect in BBG
BBG is Kayla Itsines original workout program, designed to be done at home or in the gym — it’s up to you! There are eight beginner weeks to help those new to fitness to build a base fitness. These weeks include 2-3 workouts with lower-intensity exercises to progress your fitness in preparation for higher-intensity plyometric (jump) exercises BBG 1.0.
There are a total of 92 weeks of BBG, including the beginner weeks, that you can use to build your strength, confidence and fitness. Plus, best of all, you’ll be part of the worldwide community of women following this training program!
