This year our team at SWEAT have decided to celebrate the cycling season with our very own Tour de SWEAT! Check out this fun, HIIT-style workout you can do on any spin-style bike that has adjustable resistance. The workout consists of three phases, warm up, conditioning and cool down, and lasts a total of 30 mins. You can find the key to all of the riding intensities at the bottom of the graphic.
