SWEAT Summer Series Week 3
We’re kicking off week three of the Sweat Summer Series with a bang! This week, all three of our trainers have created a workout you can follow anywhere, anytime.
Kayla has created an ab workout that will get you sweating AND help you to get even stronger!
For ladies post-pregnancy, Kelsey’s ab workout focuses on rebuilding core strength with low impact exercises. She also has her more advanced ab workout to help you gain strength AND confidence.
In week three, Sjana shared a workout that anyone with tight hamstrings is going to love! Stretching out your hamstrings can help improve your movement AND flexibility.
One of the best things about the series is you can try workouts from one of the other SWEAT trainers. If you want to check out a new program style, head over to our YouTube channel to see the videos from each trainer.
