Full body workout from Bodyweight Strength with Anissia
The best part about Bodyweight Strength with Anissia is that you can work out anywhere, without equipment. All you need is enough space to move your body.
Before you get started, make sure to warm up with some dynamic movement.
This full-body workout is made up of two sections that include two circuits each. Each circuit has six time-based exercises that you cycle through consecutively, with 30-second rest breaks in between. You’ll follow this format for three laps before moving onto the next section and repeat the same process.
This workout is time-based, so YOU control the intensity — find a pace that suits your fitness level and that you feel comfortable with. The time will come when you can push yourself a little harder.
1. Double-Pulse Squat
3. Push-Up (Knees)
5. Four-Point Arm & Leg Extension
1. Alternating Reverse Lunge
3. Glute Bridge Frog Pumps
5. 90-Degree Crunch
Remember to take some time to cool down after your workout and stretch all the muscles you’ve just trained.
