Healthy Raspberry Smoothie Bowl Recipe


I love smoothie bowls, they are so tasty and always Instagram worthy! This raspberry smoothie bowl is super healthy, full of amazing chia seeds. It's perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast, but it's great to whip up any time of the day.
Healthy Raspberry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Dietary preferences: Vegetarian, Dairy-free, Soy-free
Ingredients:

1 cup (250ml) frozen raspberries

1 cup (250ml) frozen mango or peach chunks

1 cup (250ml) coconut water
-
1/2 cup ice
-
1 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp chia seeds
-
handful of homemade muesli/granola
-
1 tbsp pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
Method:
1. Place raspberries, mango, coconut water, ice and honey into a blender and blend well.
2. Top with chia seeds, muesli and pepitas. Enjoy!
