30 Days of Sweat-ember: What’s On This Week
Remember, this month is all about showing up for yourself and putting YOU first, with fun and free activities designed to make you feel your best - inside and out.
So first things first, how are you feeling? Are you sleeping well? Have you carved out some time for self-care? Are you fueling your body with nourishing, feel-good foods and finding time to move your body in a way that energises you?
Well, you’re off to a great start! If you haven’t downloaded your free Sweat-ember calendar yet, it’s not too late. Simply head here to grab your calendar, save it to your phone or print it out. You don’t need to be a Sweat member to participate and you can do as much (or as little!) as you like.
Here’s what to expect this week
MondayTick something off your to-do list that will be a weight off your shoulders!
TuesdayHow hydrated are you? Pick a target for today or the week and drink up.
WednesdaySet aside at least 10 minutes today to do something just for you.
FridayReduce your screen time today with a great read! Let Britany Williams tell you all about her go-to books.
SaturdayMove your body with someone you love, whether it’s a short walk, some gentle yoga or a full sweaty workout. Got kids? Why not try Chontel Duncan’s playground workout.
SundayUnplug and enjoy some tech-free time, whether that be an hour, the morning or the whole day. Before you switch off your device, here are some of Head Trainer Kayla Itsines’ favourite things to do on her rest days:
- Sleep in and enjoy a slow morning
- Foam roll and stretch
- Go for a walk in nature
- Have a warm bath with Epsom salts
- Get a massage (or ask someone to give you one!)
