If you’re looking to level up your training with one of Sweat’s world-class trainers, the 6-week Sweat Challenge is for you. With 14 at-home and gym-based programs, you can stay consistent, motivated and make a positive change alongside your go-to trainer and the Sweat Community.

Register now using the “Join the Challenge” button on the pink banner in your app. Make sure you sign up before registrations close on Sunday, January 30. The Sweat Challenge runs until Sunday, February 20, 2022.
