For many of us who begin a new health and fitness journey, the first few weeks can often be filled with determination but sometimes, after a few weeks, that intense motivation can wear off a little and we may begin to struggle. This is why it’s important to have a range of strategies in place, big and small, to help you overcome any hurdles. 

Lots of things can help to motivate us on our journeys, like the encouragement of a friend, starting to feel stronger and more capable during workouts, or beginning to feel more energised and confident in general. Having some positive quotes to refer to can also be an easy way to boost your morale and to help you to stay in a positive frame of mind.


Keeping positive quotes on hand can be your way of reminding yourself to keep working hard and to remind you that you are making progress.
