Fitness really does have the power to change your life, no matter what your starting point or preferred style of training. Keep reading to check out some of the incredible transformations that ladies have experienced after training with Sweat’s BAM, BBG and PWR programs.
Incredible Sweat transformations
Sweat Trainer Sjana Elise’s yoga program, BAM (Body And Mind), aims to help you live your most meaningful, healthy life, as well as discover the benefits that yoga can have on your mind, body and soul.
This is the story of Ilenia and how BAM helped her to maintain positive and healthy habits during a time of injury.
When Ilenia injured her knee, she was unable to continue with her usual exercise routine. She was forced to stop any high-intensity exercises, such as jumping, while she let her knee recover.
During this time, Ilena felt as though she had gained weight so she decided to find a training program that would be suitable for her needs while she recovered. That is when she came across Sweat’s BAM program.
Ilenia found BAM very accommodating for her health needs, as there are no jumping exercises. She explains that since starting BAM, the pain in her knees has lessened and her posture has improved. She also feels increased strength in her arms, reduced bloating and increased flexibility throughout her whole body. Yoga has helped Ilenia to feel like herself again.
Amazing progress, Ilenia!
Sweat Trainer Kayla Itsines’ BBG program involves 28-minute workouts that can be done at home with or without equipment. The high-intensity workouts are designed to build your fitness and strength, as well as educate you to take charge of your health and fitness. This is Shelley’s experience with BBG — how BBG helped her to develop more positive habits, as well as improve her level of fitness and energy.
Shelley was diagnosed with a health condition, Hashimoto's Disease, earlier this year. Even after receiving treatment, she still felt bloated and tired. She explains that she would burn herself out by spending hours at the gym and admits that her diet was not consistently healthy. While she would eat really clean some days, other days she would overeat unhealthy food.
A few months ago, Shelley got to a point where she felt fed up. She came across the BBG program and decided to commit to it completely.
“I decided I’d had enough of feeling terrible all the time and decided to give everything to BBG in the hope that a more sustainable way of exercising would leave me feeling a lot happier and healthier!”
Since then, Shelley has felt a big difference from within.
“Not only do I feel amazing and have more energy but I am now stronger and more determined than ever!”
We love to hear feedback like this, Shelley. Great work!
Sweat Trainer, Kelsey Wells, developed her gym-based PWR program to help women sculpt muscle and increase their strength. It teaches women technical skills they can use in every gym workout, gives them the strength and confidence to enter the weights room, and helps them to smash their strength goals.
This is Whitney’s experience using Kelsey’s PWR program. She was ready to take her training to the next level — and her results are incredible!
Whitney is a mum of three boys and works full-time. Before starting PWR, she had been working out regularly for awhile but was ready to change up her routine and improve her strength in an effort to keep up with her sons!
Initially, Whitney felt unsure about starting a new workout program.
“I messaged Kelsey that I was scared to start her program because I had never done a true lifting program before. She calmed my nerves and said that being nervous was a good thing. It meant that I was going to push myself outside of my comfort zone and that’s where change happens.”
Kelsey’s motivation was enough to get Whitney started — and she explains that almost immediately, she felt amazing!
“My weight stayed about the same but I lost 3% body fat and gained 4 lbs (1.8 kgs) of muscle and felt more confident around the weight room”.
Whitney’s progress photos are a clear indication to her of just how strong she has become both inside and out, as well as how much more confident she feels!
