To The Sweat Community, Thank You!
thank you sweat community

In the world of Sweat, 2023 has been a big year, to say the least.

We’ve welcomed some incredible new trainers, launched a number of exciting new programs, challenges and training styles, made working out even easier thanks to several new in-app features, and ran boot camps for the first time in years in both Australia and Dubai. Not to mention, our head trainer and co-founder Kayla Itsines had her second child at the start of the year, wrote a book and tied the knot with fiance Jae just a few weeks ago!

But when it comes to talking about what an amazing year it’s been, what we really want to celebrate is YOU - the Sweat Community.

Whether we’re talking about a new program, trainer, Sweat Challenge or in-person event, it’s our amazing community that makes each milestone meaningful and worthwhile.

It’s your achievements throughout the year that keep us motivated on this mission - seeing you complete workout after workout, smash your goals, connect with other women around the world, and step into the best version of you.

So from the entire Sweat team and all the trainers, we wanted to say thank you. Thanks for showing up on your best days and your worst, for believing in yourself, and for supporting other women to be their best.

We have so many exciting things in store for you in 2024 and can’t wait to cheer you on every step of the way, but to celebrate you as 2023 comes to a close, here are some of our favourite pictures from community events over the past few months. When people ask us what our why is, these pictures say it all.
