How does Kayla’s 4-week Dynamic High Intensity program work?
Dynamic High Intensity is a four-week full-body program that can be done anytime, anywhere — and by anyone who has a beginner to intermediate level of fitness. The 25-30 minute workouts will help you feel energised and strong with heart-pumping HIIT exercises like pop squats, jumps and lunges, using just a pair of dumbbells, or simply your own bodyweight.
The program progressively increases in intensity and complexity, targeting all your major muscle groups in training splits that include Upper Body & Core, Lower Body, Cardio & Core and Full Body Bootcamp, to help you build your confidence and a solid fitness foundation.
You’ll work out using different training techniques like supersets, trisets and circuits to get you closer to achieving your strength and fitness goals.
There are three resistance workouts each week, including an optional express workout that will take you just 10-15 minutes, plus dedicated days for cardio and rest. You can schedule your workout week on your own using the Sweat Planner or use the suggested workout plan feature to help you find the time to work out when life gets in the way.
