Introducing Dumbbell HIIT with Fleur, a brand-new high-intensity program that’s perfect for anyone with a beginner or intermediate level of fitness.
“I love HIIT because I like to work out to time and have short bursts of work,” she says. “My philosophy is ‘nothing worth having comes easy’ so as I push through the pain, I know the reward is on the other side.”

Get ready for weekly workouts that will help you build your strength and cardio fitness as you push yourself, have fun and smash those fitness goals.
An important reminder from Fleur
Fleur’s feel-good fitness philosophy is central to her programs, and she wants you to know that you need to do what works for YOUR body.
“I used to think that fitness was a ‘one size fits all’ model and if something worked for one person, surely it would work for me. That is so not true,” Fleur says.
It’s something she wishes she knew when she first started training.
“We all have different body types, different shapes, different metabolisms, different abilities and genetics so learn what works for you and your body,” she says. “This helps take away all of the comparisons and competition because you only compete to be the best version of yourself.”
