Over the 30 days of Sweat-ember we’ll be bringing you free workouts, self-care tips, fitness advice and easy, feel-good ways to show up for yourself and feel your best - all month long!
It all kicks off September 1 — simply save this image to your camera roll. You can mark off your activities electronically, print it out and stick it on the fridge for a dose of daily motivation or even share it on your Instagram where you can tag a friend or workout buddy and encourage them to join in!

September 4thEvery Monday in Sweat-ember you can expect a free workout! We’re kicking things off with a session from head trainer Kayla Itsines, because there’s nothing quite like an OG Kayla workout. Fire up your legs with a free session from Kayla’s iconic program. You can find this workout on the Sweat blog from September 4th or in the app (keep an eye on the Sweat-ember carousel on your dashboard!) all month long.
September 5thPSA: cellulite isn’t just something we should normalise, it’s something we should embrace. And today is National Cellulite Day, which is why we want to encourage you to take time to celebrate your body.
