How to: Forward Arm Swing
- With your left hand on your hip, plant both feet on the floor slightly further than shoulder width apart. Swing your right arm backwards, upwards and in front of your body. Complete half of the specified amount of time on the same arm, before completing the remaining time on the other arm.
