How to: Backward Arm Swing
- With your arms by your sides, plant both feet on the floor shoulder-width apart. This is your starting position.
- Gently swing both arms backwards in a large circle before returning to the starting position, inhaling for one repetition and exhaling for one repetition. Repeat for the specified number of repetitions or amount of time.
