'Sweat Made' Competition
Terms and Conditions
By entering the 'Sweat Made' competition conducted by The Bikini Body Training Company Pty Ltd A.C.N. 162 849 701 (Sweat), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. Standard terms
1.1 Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Who can enter
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, the competition is open to residents of Australia and the United States of America who are over the age of 18 years.
2.2 Directors, officers and employees of Sweat, and Sweat's related bodies corporate and associated entities making up the Sweat Group, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter the competition.
3. How to enter
3.1 The Competition is open for entry on Thursday 19 August at 08:31pm Australian Central Standard Time (ACST) and closes on Sunday 5 September at 11:59pm ACST (End Time).
3.2 To enter the competition you must use an Instagram post including video or imagery to explain a positive change that you have had in your life that was been brought about by adding regular fitness or exercise to your life/daily routine and include the hashtag #SweatMade.
3.3 Entrants can submit as many entries into the Competition as they wish.
3.5 An entry will be deemed to be invalid and ineligible for the Competition where:
(a) it is incomplete;
(b) it is received after the End Time;
(c) it is not submitted in the manner specified in clause 3.2; or
(d) the entrant has breached any of these terms.
3.6 Each Entrant grants to Sweat a non-exclusive licence to use, exploit and commercialise its submitted entry in any manner whatsoever. Entry into the competition constitutes consent to any such use without attribution or payment of any fee or further consideration.
4 How to win
4.1 This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners of the competition.
4.2 There will be twenty winners of the Competition. The determination of the winners is final, and Sweat and its judging panel will not enter into any correspondence regarding the results.
4.3 The winners of the competition will be the eligible entries determined by Sweat's judging panel to be their favourite examples of what it means to be Sweat made.
4.4 The winners will be announced on Sweat's official Instagram account, and a direct private Instagram message and/or email will be sent to the winners.
5.1 The winners of the competition will receive a place in a virtual training session run by a Sweat trainers (Prize).
5.2 All expenses, taxes, duties, costs and charges incurred by the winner in connection with the Competition and the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5.3 The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5.4 In the event of circumstances beyond its control, Sweat reserves the right to substitute the Prize at its discretion.
6. No liability
6.1 Sweat, its contractors, employees, directors, officers and agents will not be liable for any claim, loss, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to consequential loss) which may occur as a result of, or is in any way connected to, the competition (including but not limited to its variation or cancellation), or the Prize.
6.2 Sweat will take no responsibility for entries unable to be submitted, or entries submitted but not received, or any technological malfunction.
6.3 The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Entrants hereby release and discharge Instagram from any and all liability associated with the Competition.
7.1 Personal information of entrants is collected so that Sweat can administer the Competition. If requested personal information is not provided, entrants will be unable to enter the Competition. Collected personal information will be used only for the purposes of the Competition, and will not be disclosed to any other party.
8.1 The Competition, and these terms and conditions, are governed by the laws in force in the State of South Australia, Australia. Entrants accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State in connection with all matters relating to the Competition and these terms and conditions.
