Hi everyone, I’m Stephanie Sanzo and I’m a powerbuilder, mother of two and personal trainer.
After I had my first child, I wanted to find something that would help me feel fit and healthy again. During this time, I discovered powerlifting and it completely transformed my outlook on fitness and on life. Lifting gave me the courage to be myself.
Since then, I have become a qualified personal trainer and have also competed as an athlete in fitness modelling and powerlifting. I learnt so much from these experiences — in particular, I learnt that I have the power to be setting the standard for myself. My experiences taught me to focus on my performance, technique and development over anything else. My performance is what drives me, it makes me feel confident and proud.
My personal fitness journey also helped me to realise that my passion lies in encouraging other women to realise their own strength and in supporting them to reach their goals.
