Shipping within Australia

To ensure we deliver your order as expected, please review our shipping information before submitting the order.

Standard shipping is available for orders requiring delivery within Australian states and territories. Shipping costs do vary depending on your location. These costs are automatically calculated for you on the checkout page. Please choose your delivery destination to see the shipping charges.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We send a notification email to customers when their order has reached our warehouse.

Orders placed with Sweat.com are processed in our warehouse as quickly as possible. If an order is submitted prior to 5:30am Monday to Friday, it will be shipped the same day. For orders placed between 5:30am and 10:30am, our warehouse will do their best to ship them on the same day. Orders received after 10:30am will be shipped the following day.

For orders placed after 5:30am on Friday, or anytime over the weekend, they will be shipped on Monday.

Can My Order Be Changed After I Place It?

All orders are considered final at time of payment so please check the details carefully, including shipping details, before submitting an order. After an order has been submitted, there is no guarantee that it can be altered or changed.

Once your order has been received by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to it. This includes changes to the shipping address. Please be mindful that incorrect or missing address information can lead to delivery delays. Should it be required, Sweat.com can arrange for the order to be reshipped to the correct address (please note: additional fees will apply).

We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the order, where possible.

How Will I Know When My Order Has Been Sent?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email. Any relevant tracking information will be provided in this email.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Delivery for the majority of Australian orders is within 2-7 business days of dispatch. During peak shipping periods, such as the festive season, there may be some delays due to increased volume or public holidays.

Advised delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. The majority of orders placed with Sweat.com are delivered within the advised timeframe, although this may vary depending on the carrier. Delivery locations in regional or remote areas of Australia may be impacted by processing or transport delays once in transit. You can be confident Sweat.com has selected a carrier network who aim to deliver to you as fast as possible.

Sweat.com are not responsible for delays that may occur during the delivery of your package. These delays may occur as a result of holidays, bad weather or during peak periods. Your parcel carrier is in the best position to advise if there have been delays that may affect your delivery.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately. On occasion, orders of more than one item may be shipped separately (pending stock availability), which may impact delivery dates.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a notification email with the relevant tracking information. You can check the status of the delivery by visiting the carrier’s website and using the online tracking system, which will provide the most recent information.

Customers will receive a notification email when their products have been delivered. If the carrier attempts delivery and someone is not available to collect the parcel, it may be delivered to your local post office or carrier depot. These details will be advised so that you can arrange collection. Should the collection instructions be missing or unclear, please contact the carrier to confirm the details.

Can I Return An Item I Purchased?

All orders are considered final at time of placement, as per our terms and conditions. All products come with a 90-day warranty against breakage or manufacturing defects, as well as a 30-day unconditional guarantee. We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind, or made a wrong selection.

Should you receive a product which you believe to be faulty, either at the time of delivery or within 90 days of the original shipment date, please contact Sweat customer service so that we may investigate. Please note, faults do not include damage caused by fair wear and tear or as a result of misuse by the customer.

We must receive your request to replace a faulty product within 90 days of the original shipment date. Returned faulty products must include all the original packaging, accessories and manuals, and be returned in the condition it was received by you.

Any returns received more than one year after the date of the original shipment will not be accepted by Sweat.com and will be returned to sender ( any additional costs will be incurred by the sender).
