What to expect in High Intensity Strength with Kayla
High Intensity Strength with Kayla (formerly BBG Stronger) is for women who love to train in the gym, or who want to build their confidence using gym equipment but don’t know where to start. This full-body gym program is perfect for a beginner to intermediate level of fitness and will help to develop your fitness, strength and lean muscle using a combination of large gym equipment, free weights and bodyweight exercises.
Each week, you can choose from four workouts that target different areas of the body using rep-based supersets to build your strength followed by time-based trisets to challenge your fitness. There is also a time-based full-body cardio workout that can be done at home in 25 minutes or less. For anyone new to training in the gym, there are four foundation weeks to build your confidence using weights and each exercise comes with a video guide and detailed instructions.
This program is for you if you’re ready to step into the gym but still want to do short and effective high-intensity workouts.
