3 Way Hummus
3 WAY HUMMUS

Looking for new ways to spice up your salads, sandwiches or toast? Hummus is perfect and so versatile - you can pair it with almost anything!

Below you will find 3 different hummus variations that are oil and salt free, and as always can be made with minimal ingredients. I like my recipes easy to make and with ingredients I can find anywhere.

They are perfect to add as a dressing to your salads, as a spread on your wrap, or as dip. So many options!

I love adding hummus to my scrambled tofu breakfast bowl, or as an easy on-the-go snack with carrots and celery.

These recipes are easy to make and you can add or change the flavors as much as you like.

I hope you enjoy them!

Edamame Hummus

3 tablespoons of water or vegetable broth

  2. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Ways to make it last longer:

  • Store your homemade hummus in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It should keep for three to five days.

  • You can also freeze your hummus and enjoy it within six to eight months. As it's already blended, you shouldn't notice much change in texture after thawing it. Simply give it a good mix a little water if it seems too thick after thawing.

  • To bring with you during the day, store in a small airtight container, or simply add it to your meals. Enjoy with crackers, bell peppers, carrots or as spread.

  • Let me know in the comments which one is your favorite way to enjoy hummus, and your go-to recipe! I'm always looking for new recipes to try.
