In July 2021, Sweat became part of the iFIT family and now, our Head Trainer Kayla Itsines and creator of Sweat's PWR Programs Kelsey Wells have launched their own series in the iFIT app.

Kayla's new Dynamic High Intensity Series is designed to take your fitness to the next level and help you build strength and stamina. Kelsey's Redefine Fitness Series combines strength training and mindfulness as you become stronger inside and out.

We know the amazing Sweat Community is so excited to hear about what this means for Sweat, so we wanted to answer your questions and let you know these new series are just the beginning. This year, we’ll be bringing you even more exciting announcements about Sweat AND iFIT.

About iFIT

iFIT is a global leader in connected fitness software, content and equipment and is one of the largest digital health and fitness brands in the world. As part of the iFIT family, Sweat joins a number of other industry-leading brands such as NordicTrack, Proform, Weider, Freemotion and 29029.

What does this mean for Sweat?

Sweat remains a standalone brand with programs and workouts designed for women, by women. Behind the scenes, we continue to be led by our co-founders, Head Trainer Kayla Itsines and CEO Tobi Pearce at our headquarters in Adelaide, Australia.

As a part of iFIT, we’re able to make Sweat even stronger for our members. We know how incredible the Sweat Community is and the programs you know and love aren’t going anywhere, but there are lots of exciting announcements to look forward to.

As a member of Sweat, what does this mean for you?

Sweat’s mission is to empower women through fitness and we’re looking forward to bringing you even more ways to work out. Sweat will remain a standalone app with all of your favourite programs, challenges and workouts. Soon, we’ll be able to tell you even more about what we have planned for Sweat but we’ll say this much: it’s going to be epic.

If you’re already an iFIT member, you can find Kayla’s new Dynamic High Intensity Series and Kelsey's Redefine Fitness Series in the iFIT Library. Kayla and Kelsey have both poured their heart and soul into these new workout series which are unlike anything they've ever done before.

Kayla and Kelsey's roles with Sweat aren't changing and you will still be able to find their programs in the Sweat app. If you’re a Sweat member and want to try iFIT, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial. And if you’re an iFIT member who hasn’t worked out with Kayla or Kelsey before, well, we hope you're ready to Sweat. iFIT members that want to try Sweat can sign up for a free trial

We know there’s already so many of you in the Sweat Community who are complementing your Sweat programs with iFIT’s connected fitness products and workouts and we’re really excited to be able to give members on both platforms even more ways to level up their training.

Are other trainers leaving Sweat to go to iFIT?

No! As part of the iFIT family, both the Sweat and the iFIT teams and trainers are working closely together behind the scenes to bring even more exciting fitness content and experiences to both platforms.

Sweat and iFIT both have a shared vision to help people around the world achieve their health, fitness and wellbeing goals and together, we will be able to give you even more ways to do just that. You just need to bring the Sweat.
