7 Rejuvenating Yoga Poses for To Boost Your Energy

We’ve all heard the benefits of yoga, but not all poses offer the same benefits. Yoga can help tone and define your muscles, it burns calories, and it can help you relax and feel rejuvenated.

It’s oftentimes so easy in our culture and society to work so hard, study so hard to the point we feel stressed and burnt out. In my experience, it’s tough to connect to that state of being ‘in the flow’ or even finding motivated when you are tense, tight, tired, and burnt out, so that’s why I do yoga! Yoga keeps me flexible so that I can go with the flow, and helps me shed the layers of tension that build up mentally and physically each day.

Unless you have health problems or physical limitations, there’s really no reason not to give yoga a try. Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned pro, these powerful yoga poses are sure to have you feeling great in no time by helping rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit.

Here are 6 of my favorite yoga postures that I like to do to stay strong, limber and chill so that I can be more sensitive to that pulse of magic. You can incorporate them to part of a sequence or simple do them individually. These rejuvenating yoga poses are great for a burst of energy will awaken your mind and body.

Lie flat on your back on the ground. Stay as long as you like. To me, nothing can compare to lying flat on the ground with all your limbs supported – the ultimate symbol of letting go.
