7 Rejuvenating Yoga Poses for To Boost Your Energy


We’ve all heard the benefits of yoga, but not all poses offer the same benefits. Yoga can help tone and define your muscles, it burns calories, and it can help you relax and feel rejuvenated.
It’s oftentimes so easy in our culture and society to work so hard, study so hard to the point we feel stressed and burnt out. In my experience, it’s tough to connect to that state of being ‘in the flow’ or even finding motivated when you are tense, tight, tired, and burnt out, so that’s why I do yoga! Yoga keeps me flexible so that I can go with the flow, and helps me shed the layers of tension that build up mentally and physically each day.
Unless you have health problems or physical limitations, there’s really no reason not to give yoga a try. Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned pro, these powerful yoga poses are sure to have you feeling great in no time by helping rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit.
Here are 6 of my favorite yoga postures that I like to do to stay strong, limber and chill so that I can be more sensitive to that pulse of magic. You can incorporate them to part of a sequence or simple do them individually. These rejuvenating yoga poses are great for a burst of energy will awaken your mind and body.

Downward Facing Dog
Take 10 deep and steady breaths here. Try to keep your eyes open and focus them on one spot right between your feet – it will help ground your mind. Even better, close them.

Warrior 2
Take 10 deep breaths on each side. This is a posture that works the legs, and as a result, can be very grounding physically. Focus your eyes on one spot beyond your front middle finger.

Tree
Take 10 deep breaths on each side in the pose with gyan muera fingers, is extremely calming and brings spiritual openness and ease. Focus your eyes on one spot beyond. Thread the Needle
Hold for 10 deep steady breaths on each side. Let’s open them hips – crucial if you spend most of your day sitting!

Take 10 deep breaths on each side. A lot of us hold a lot of tension in our back, so this is pose is super yummy for the spine.
Dance Pose
Take 5 deep breaths on each side. Finding balance within this pose helps us connect with the cosmic energy. This pose stretches the shoulders, the chest, the thighs, abdomen, and the groins while strengthening the legs and the ankles.

Corpse Pose
Lie flat on your back on the ground. Stay as long as you like. To me, nothing can compare to lying flat on the ground with all your limbs supported – the ultimate symbol of letting go.
