How to: Side Leg Raise

Equipment:Chair

Trainer:Strength Trainer

  1. With both hands resting on the back of the chair, plant both feet on the floor hip-width apart. While keeping your left foot firmly planted on the floor and your right leg straight, swing your right leg back across your body, ensuring that your torso remains upright.
  2. Swing your right leg outwards, once again, ensuring that your torso remains upright. Continue swinging your right leg across your body for half of the specified amount of time, before completing the remaining time on the other leg.
