  1. Connect the handle attachment and set the cable pulley at the top of the pole. Turn to face the cable pulley. Standing a half-step away, plant both feet on the floor slightly further than shoulder-width apart. Grasp the handle with your left hand and extend your arm directly in front of your body. This is your starting position.
  2. Inhale. Bend your left elbow to allow the handle to come up towards your chest, ensuring that your elbow remains in close contact with the side of your body.
  3. Using your triceps, extend your elbow and pull the handle downward to return to the starting position, once again, ensuring that your elbow remains in close contact with the side of your body. Repeat for the specified number of repetitions.
